Powerful tools. Fiery results.
Fiery Tools exists to make genuinely useful software and hard-to-reach public data simple, fast, and free. The everyday utilities stay free forever; the heavy-duty datasets fund the work.
What we build
We started with a simple frustration: the data you need is often locked inside dozens of clunky county websites, slow government portals, and PDFs that were never meant to be searched. So we built the pipes to parse, clean, link, and serve that information - then wrapped it in tools anyone can use.
Today Fiery Tools spans two things. First, a growing US property database and Texas estate & heirship records - structured public-records datasets delivered by API, MCP, and CSV. Second, a set of free everyday utilities like our gas price tracker and commute cost calculator that put real data to work for normal questions.
Why we do it this way
We think the best tools earn trust by being fast, honest, and respectful of your data. The free tools run in your browser and keep your input to themselves. The paid products are priced for the professionals - attorneys, title companies, investors, and developers - who rely on them to do real work.
What we stand for
Free where it counts
Our everyday utilities are free forever - no signups, no paywalls, no catch.
Private by default
Browser-based tools run on your device. We don't store the data you paste in.
Developer-ready
Our data products ship with clean APIs, MCP access, and CSV exports - not scraped HTML.
Hard data, made easy
We turn scattered public records into structured, queryable datasets you can actually use.
